I was asked to return car for a factory reset, on arrival I was offered coffee while I waited. 45 mins and car was all sorted, so good to go !

They were very good and helpful. They put a claim in on my behalf to cover the repairs which were quoted very expensive. Ben was helpful and updated me on each stage.

I have been a Service customer at Cotswold Hereford for 22yrs inclu when it was previously Brown's. Recent yrs have had to have mech. & elect. issues fixed and @ independent workshops staffed by BMW trained techs. Good that Tech Matt is still there.

We were allocated a service rep on arrival and he saw that I had been kept updated throughout the time my vehicle was being serviced - on notification that it needed extra work and would not be ready he saw that I could have a loan to get me home
