Chris was really helpful during the ordering process and was able to match the best price I'd found elsewhere. There was a slight delay in delivery but this was well communicated and the car looked amazing when I came to pick it up. Very pleased.

The only disabled space was occupied on my arrival by a BMW without a disabled badge. I complained at the desk and was told the car had been left there by BMW staff and the car had been there for 3 days. They said the staff are always being told.

Overall the service levels were good, did have to follow up a few times after a basic brake oil service as on board serbice log wasnt updated, was sorted out well with great comms after with Claire from the servuce team..
